Extreme thermal stability and chemical resistance

Ƶۻ offers a proprietary Tantalum Carbide (TaC) coating on crucibles, guide rings, wafer carriers and susceptors. With its high purity, high temperature stability and high chemical resistance, TaC coating improves the product quality of SiC/GaN crystal and epi layer and extends the lifetime of key reactor components.

High-performance, high-temperature and ultra-pure

Pyrolytic Boron Nitride (pBN), with a combination of high electrical resistance and thermal conductivity, is an excellent candidate to consider for applications where superior strength, low coefficient of thermal expansion and thermal shock resistance are required. Nonhazardous, nonporous and exceptionally pure, pBN can be applied as a coating on graphite or deposited and then easily machined into 2D or 3D shapes for use as crucibles, boats, plates, wafers, tubes and bottles. Known for its directional thermal conductivity and ability to provide optimal heat spreading, pBN demonstrates improved temperature stability up to 1700C, is resistant to thermal shock and when coated on graphite can protect against corrosive atmospheres including most molten metals (Al, Ag, Cu, Ga, Ge, Sn, etc.), acids and hot ammonia environments.
